Ultimate Guide To Get Google AdSense Approval (2025)
Google AdSense is the most widely used advertising network among bloggers and website owners. If you want to monetize your website or blog, AdSense is probably the simplest option.
But why do so many people fail to get AdSense approved? Let’s figure it out first, and then get your site approved for AdSense. That’s fantastic, isn’t it?
Is it difficult to get accepted into Google AdSense?
I believe it is not difficult to obtain Google Adsense approval if you follow Google’s policies and understand the fundamentals of how a website business operates.
However, it is shocking to see how many people are turned down by Google AdSense. I’ve gotten a lot of feedback about it via email, YouTube videos, and the H-Educate Forum.

The main reason is that they disregard Google’s requirements as well as the quality of their sites. Before applying for the AdSense program, you should have some patience.
Now that you know AdSense isn’t difficult to obtain, let’s look at how it works.
The Google AdSense Approval Process Is Described (2025)
I’ve broken down the entire Google AdSense application process into seven steps. I’ll go over it in more detail in the following section. But for now, let me walk you through the process so you know what to expect.
The Google AdSense approval process is as follows:
- Google determines whether your site is eligible for its program.
- Googlebot visits your website and crawls it.
- Examines your application.
- Accepts or rejects your application within 1-7 days.
- Include a short code above the fold on each of your site’s pages.
- Wait a week or two for Google to approve your site.
If everything goes as planned, you’ll be fine! You’ll begin to see live ads on your site, allowing you to earn money.
Make sure you select your own country. If you have a registered business entity in your country, you can also create a business account. You cannot change your country or account type once you have created an AdSense account.
Let’s move on to the next section, where I’ll share a step-by-step guide on getting your site approved for Google AdSense.
How to Get Google AdSense Approval Quickly (Step by Step)
If you follow this step-by-step guide, I’m confident you’ll get Google AdSense approved. However, if you do not follow Google’s policies, your application will be rejected.
1. Do This Before Applying to AdSense
Before applying for Google AdSense, make sure your site is ready and eligible for the program.
Before applying for Google AdSense, you should consider the following:
- Create shared pages and posts that contain unique and relevant content.
- Add text, images, and other elements correctly.
- Allow readers to comment on your articles.
- Include important pages such as privacy policies, terms of service, and about pages.
- Pay attention to alignment, readability, and functionality.
- Improve the speed of your website.
Internet users are impatient, and they will leave your site if it takes too long to load. Accelerating your site will also improve its SEO.
You can use this SEO Analyzer to assess the searchability of your website.
Of course, these are not the requirements, but they will assist Google in determining whether or not your site is of high quality. Google wants to make sure that its users land on useful and functional websites with readable content.
If you have a WordPress site, there are numerous plugins available to help you speed up your site and improve the user experience. Google desires both fast-loading pages and an excellent user experience.
2. Meet the Google AdSense Eligibility Requirements
As I previously stated, there are a few eligibility requirements that you must meet before applying for Google’s program.

The following are the Google Adsense eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Meet all of the Google AdSense terms and conditions.
- Obtain an active Gmail account that is not already associated with an AdSense account.
- Check that your website is up and running and that it contains no pornographic, misleading, or violent content. It also does not rely on automated bot traffic.
- You must have access to your site’s HTML source code. (If you’re using Blogger, no code is required.)
Let me dispel a few Google AdSense myths right now.
First and foremost, you do not need to have 30 posts on your website. Second, your site does not have to be six months old. But it’s preferable if it is.
I’ll go over it further in the tips section of this post. For more information, watch the AdSense site approvals video series on YouTube. The following step is to register for Google Adsense.
3. Sign up for Google AdSense
Now that you’ve learned everything there is to know about Google Adsense and how it works, you’re ready to apply for their program. Are you sure? To sign up for Google AdSense, follow these steps:
- Go to the Adsense homepage and click the “Get Started” button.
- Now sign in to your Gmail account. Also, make certain that your email address is not already associated with an AdSense account.
- Enter your website’s URL, email address (which can be different), and any other information that is required.
- Select tailored assistance and performance recommendations based on your account data.
- Choose your country and confirm that you live in that country or territory.
- Examine and agree to the AdSense terms and conditions.
- Begin using your AdSense account right away.
Are you finished with the approval? You have not yet been accepted into the AdSense program. Google will now evaluate your site to determine whether it is eligible for its program. Googlebot is Google’s web crawler that searches the internet for websites and pages to index. It will inspect your site to ensure that it complies with its program policies.
4. Activate Your AdSense Account Partially
You can still partially activate your AdSense account while Google reviews your site. This grants you access to certain features in your AdSense account. However, you will not be able to use all of the features because Google is still reviewing your application.

Follow these steps to partially activate your account:
- Visit the Google Adsense homepage after logging into your Gmail account.
- Select the “Sign in to AdSense” option.
- To access your account, enter your email address and password.
- Now, in the header menu, click the “Activate Account” button.
- Finish all of the steps on that page and then click the “Continue to my account” button.
You will now be redirected to the dashboard of your AdSense account. You can access some but not all of your account’s features.
If your website passes Googlebot’s crawling, you will receive an email from Google stating that it has been reviewed and approved for Google AdSense.
5. Begin Displaying Google Ads and Earn Money
The final step is to wait for Google to review your website and payment details. After that, you will be able to fully access your account and begin using all of its features.
The “Payments” tab, located in the header menu, allows you to check the status of your payments and review them. Make sure to include your bank account’s full postal address and phone number.
You can also enable Auto Ads so that your site begins showing ads as soon as it is ready. Remember to include the code between your site’s head> and /head> tags.

You are now completely prepared. Google will begin to display advertisements on your site, and you will begin to earn money. The amount you earn is determined by a variety of factors such as traffic, ad clicks, and so on.
6. Continue to Follow Google AdSense Policies
If you violate Google’s policies, they can approve your site today and suspend it tomorrow. That is why it is critical to stay up to date on their policies and ensure your website is always compliant.
Google’s AdSense program policies are frequently updated, so keep an eye out for any changes. All of the most recent AdSense program policies can be found in their help center.
7 Tricks & Tips to Get Google AdSense Approval Quickly in 2025
Google AdSense is a popular and efficient way to monetize your website or blog. However, getting approved for Google Adsense can be difficult, particularly for newcomers. And these hacks and tips will undoubtedly assist you.
1. Create a proper site structure with a clear site structure
Make sure your website is well-designed and simple to use.
Poor navigation can result in a high bounce rate, which Google despises.
And here’s how to properly structure your site:
- Plan your categories carefully.
- Have a simple navigation system.
- Don’t compete with (or duplicate) your content.
- Remove or update any outdated content.
- Improve internal and external connectivity.
- Make certain that your website is mobile-friendly.
Look, Google wants to provide the best possible service to its users. And if you all share the mission, you’ll get there quickly.
2. Create pages for your Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer, About, and Contact information
These pages are important because Google will look at them when evaluating your website. Again, it is not required! However, having them is beneficial because they demonstrate that you care about your users and the content.
- To create the privacy page, use this Privacy Policy Generator tool.
- In addition, use this Terms Generator tool to create the Terms of Service page.
- On the ‘About’ page, write something about your site’s goals.
- On the ‘Contact’ page, invite your users to contact you with any questions.
3. Begin Producing High-Quality Content (At-least 15-30 Posts)
The Google Adsense program requires that sites have high-quality content. Before approving your site, Google will review its content to ensure that it meets its quality standards.
But what if your website is devoid of content?
If your site lacks sufficient content, Google will most likely reject it. So, before applying for Google Adsense, make sure your site has at least 15-30 articles or posts. Once again, this is not a hard and fast rule!

You are free to make as many posts as you want! The more content you have available, the better. Google appreciates new and unique content. So keep adding new articles or posts to your website to increase your chances of being accepted by Google Adsense.
Additionally, publish content during the Google AdSense verification process.
And by content, I mean original, well-written content that provides value to your site’s visitors. For example, I’ve done my best to provide practical steps and tips to assist you in getting your site accepted for Google AdSense.
4. Verify the ownership of your website on Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Google, once again, does not require you to verify your site ownership in Google Search Console or Google Analytics. However, doing so is a good idea because:
- Search Console assists you in understanding how Google perceives your website.
- Analytics also allows you to track website traffic and user behavior.
You can also use the Search Console to request that Google index your site’s pages. If you have verified your site ownership on Search Console, Google is more likely to index your pages. However, this is only a suggestion and not a requirement.
5. Avoid Using Copyrighted Images
Of course, it’s a no-brainer. Copyrighted images are not permitted on your site by Google AdSense. As a result, make sure that all of the images on your site are either original or licensed under Creative Commons.
There are numerous free stock photos available online that you can use on your website. Here’s a list of websites where you can find free stock photos for your blog posts, for example:
- Pexels
- Unsplash
- Canva
- iStock Photo
- DepositPhotos
Canva’s best feature is the ability to create unique images using elements, texts, and other elements. You may also use images from the library.
6. Give Your Website Some Time to Age
I’m not referring to putting your website on a retirement plan. However, Google Adsense works best on older websites. Why? Because an old website demonstrates that it is built to last or has a track record of quality.
How old should your website be, though?
It must be at least six months old. After gaining some organic views, apply for the program. However, it is not a requirement of the Google AdSense program.
And I believe it is an opportunity for you to grow your site by publishing consistent content.
The reason for this is that Google prefers to see consistent traffic to your website. So it makes sense to wait a little longer before applying for Google Ad.
7. Remove any other advertisements from your site if applicable
I’m aware that Google is perfectly fine with the use of other ad networks in addition to AdSense. However, if they see a lot of ads on your site, they may think it’s spammy or violates the functionality policy.

So, if you’re currently using other ad networks like Media.net or Ezoic, I recommend pausing those ads before applying for Google Adsense.
You can reactivate those ads once Google AdSense has approved your site. Nonetheless, make sure to provide your visitors with more content than ads. Don’t bombard them with spammy advertisements on your website.
