  • Highlight an entry from the list with your cursor, then click the Link icon in the toolbar.
  • In the pop-up box, type the heading’s targeted HTML anchor with a hashtag, then press Enter.
  • Steps 5 and 6 should be repeated for each entry on the list so that they all link internally to the targeted sections.
